  • These prices & availability are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Please request an official estimate for your project (PDF). PDF estimates are valid for 30 calendar days.
  • All payments are through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay through PayPal with a major credit card.
  • Your deposit must be paid and we must receive your signed contract before we put you on our schedule.
  • We require a non-refundable 50% retainer-fee for your overall web design & development, payable via PayPal.
  • Project commencement begins when your logo & all content has been uploaded to the link we’ll provide.
  • The deposit/retainer fee goes toward the total invoice due. The balance of the quoted fee is due the day before your site officially launches or upon receipt of final design files.

The Process:

  • In order for us to give you an estimate, we’ll schedule a phone call.
  • We’ll need a list of your main navigation/pages & features you’d like on your site. It’s helpful to show us links of features & design you like.
  • We’ll submit an estimate (PDF) valid for 30 calendar days.
  • If you’d like to move forward with your project, you sign & email/mail your estimate back to us.
  • You’ll receive your PayPal invoice for your 50% non-refundable retainer fee.
  • We send you a link to where you’ll upload files & copy/text that you want to use. Project commencement begins when your logo & all content has been uploaded to the link we’ll provide.
  • Depending on the content of your site, it takes 2-6 weeks to design & build your site.
  • During the time we design & build your site, we’ll need your input from time to time. Please respond in a timely manner to review requests. (one business day!)
  • The day before we officially launch/sign off on your site, we’ll send you a link for a final review.
  • When you are 100% happy with your site, you sign off on the project via email. We send you your final PayPal invoice.
  • After we receive your final payment, you receive login to your site and you become the owner of a brand new website!
